    • In compliance with UAE Government regulations, each guest is required to present a valid passport or UAE Resident ID upon check-in. The main occupant of the apartment must be at least 18 years old.
    • Only registered guests can occupy the room. Family members and friends visiting guests should produce their original IDs or Passport and register at Reception.
    • Grand Height Hotel Apartments has a strict “No Party Policy”.
    • Grand Heights Hotel Apartments is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the room or premises. For your security, an electronic safe locker is provided in the apartment.
    • Guest shall not install any personal or additional wireless devices, routers, television aerials etc. Hotel Internet is configured for Wi-Fi network only and no wired Internet is allowed. Hotel provides Internet connection however will not be responsible for any personal devices or unauthorized websites or browsing engines.
    • The guests are not authorized to move any furniture or make any modifications in the room from its original form e.g. hanging pictures, changing curtains, sofa/upholstery, signage inside or outside the apartment are not allowed. Any furniture, fixtures or any household items from outside will be not allowed. Guest is adhered to return the Apartment in the condition it was given to them upon check-in and any misuse will be charged accordingly. Any damages to the wall, paintings, Carpet, electronic equipment, furniture etc. and misusing of hotel assets will be charged based on the market value.
    • Smoking of Shisha is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
    • Children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian while using the lifts.
    • Pets are allowed inside the apartments or in the hotel premises, policy applies.
    • The Hotel Management authorize Housekeeping Attendants to access the room to conduct a general inspection at least once a week (during room cleaning) to make sure the room is well maintained as part of our standard operating procedure. In case of an emergency or unusual situation the Hotel Management reserves the right to access guests apartments.
    • If the Hotel Management suspects that guests are misusing the accommodation for any illegal purpose or disturbing other guests, the Management reserves the right to cancel their reservation and request that the apartment is vacated immediately.
    • Guests shall observe and comply with all rules and regulations which may, from time to time, be updated or added by the Hotel Management.
    • Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking apartments, any violation will result in extra charges for cleaning.
